JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well-founded. The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]There is a 30% chance that the Claimant would have been fairly dismissed in any event.[3]It is just and equitable to reduce the Claimant’s basic award by 10% because of the Claimant’s conduct before dismissal.[4]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the following sums:(a) A basic award of £3,829.35(b) A compensatory award of £2,667.98. Note that these are the actual sums payable to the Claimant after the said deductions. Case No: 1406032/2023
