The Order was sent to the claimant on 13/08/2020.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit.a. The complaints of age discrimination, andb. the complaint of unfair dismissal are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 24/09/2020 and 15-17/03/2021 will not take place.
