JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint that the claimant was unfairly dismissed does not succeed.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £3,432 for underpayment of salary.[3]The claimant was constructively dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice pay and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,820.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s pension contributions in breach of contract and is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,433.25.[5]The respondent has failed to provide the claimant with a contract of employment or a statement of employment particulars and is ordered to pay to the claimant an additional award of four weeks; pay of £1,820.[6]The complaints for holiday pay, failure to provide payslips and breach of Working Time Regulations are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
