JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was automatically unfairly dismissed pursuant to both section 103A and section 104 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is awarded £1,614.36 in compensation.[2]The Claimant was subjected to a detriment because she had made protected disclosures and is awarded £1,140 in compensation.[3]The Claimant was wrongfully dismissed and is awarded £1,665.18 in compensation.[4]It is declared that the Respondent unlawfully deducted wages from the Claimant and the Claimant is awarded £1,682.07 in compensation. For the avoidance of doubt £1297.80 of this sum is in relation to the deductions from salary which were made but not passed onto the Claimant’s pension provider.[5]The Claimant was not paid accrued holiday pay at the end of her employment and is awarded £537.98 in compensation.[6]The total sum payable under this Judgment is £6,639.59.
