JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unlawful deductions from wages was well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £6,380.[2]The claim for accrued but untaken holiday was well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,172.12. It should be noted that the Respondent had deducted £451.88 from the Claimant’s last pay in part payment towards the employer loan and this Judgment takes that sum into account.[3]The claim for breach of contract in respect of notice is dismissed upon the Claimant’s withdrawal.
