[1]By a letter dated 29 June 2021 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claim was not being actively pursued.[2]Previously, the claimant had failed to reply to correspondence dated 15 January 2021, 30 March 2021 and 19 May 2021.[3]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
