The Tribunal considered the information available to it. The Southampton Office of the Employment Tribunals attempted to contact the Claimant by telephone, but without success.[2]The Claimant is ordered to write to the Bristol Office of the Employment Tribunals confirming whether or not she wishes to pursue her claims. If the Claimant does not wish to pursue her claims or if no such communication is received on or before 31 January 2022, the Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal, for a redundancy payment, of wrongful dismissal (notice pay) and for holiday pay (being, for the avoidance of doubt, the only claims before the Tribunal) shall stand dismissed without further order.
