JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal as follows:[1]The claimant’s complaint that her dismissal by the respondent was unfair, being contrary to sections 94 and 98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent directly discriminated against her by treating her less favourably than others because of disability contrary to section 39 of the Equality Act 2010, with reference to section 13 of that Act, is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent discriminated against her by treating her unfavourably because of something arising in consequence of disability contrary to section 39 of the Equality Act 2010, with reference to section 15 of that Act, is not well-founded and is dismissed.[4]The claimant’s complaint under section 21 of the Equality Act 2010 that the respondent failed to comply with its duty contained in section 20 of that Act to make reasonable adjustments, is not well-founded and is dismissed.
