The claims of unfair dismissal, deductions from wages and disability discrimination are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 27 May 2021 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why her claims should not be struck out because:a. she had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 11 May 2021b. the claims were not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant failed to give reasons or request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.[3]The Telephone Case Management Preliminary Hearing listed on the 18 August 2021 is cancelled.
