The Claimant’s claim of discrimination arising from disability contrary to sections 15 and 39 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds. The claim in respect of harassment is dismissed. The Respondent is Ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £10,343 in respect of the discrimination.
