Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The First Claimant (Mrs P Taylor)[1]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to her in the net sum of £234.00, having accounted for earnings that she has received in other employment during her notice period.[2]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,114.00.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay her the sum of £292.84. The Second Claimant (Mrs P Foot)[4]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to her in the net sum of £375.84, having accounted for earnings that she has received in other employment during her notice period.[5]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,912.76.[6]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay her the sum of £295.97.[7]The hearing listed on 12 July 2019 is cancelled.
