[1]The claimant was not subjected to detriment for making protected disclosures.[2]The claimant was not unfairly dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim of unauthorised deductions from wages relating to November 2017 is postponed on the basis that if neither party applies to restore within 28 days it will be treated for all purposes and without further order as dismissed on withdrawal.[4]The claimant’s claim of breach of contract fails and is dismissed.[5]The respondent did not fail to make proper payment to the claimant representing holiday accrued and untaken upon the termination of her employment.
