REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 19 March 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because  the claimants had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 17 February 2020  they had not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.[3]The respondent does not exist as a legal entity according to a search at Companies House.[4]The claims are therefore struck out.
