JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimants were employees of the First Respondent from 29 June 2010 until 11 May 2023.

[2]On being made redundant the Claimants were entitled to receive statutory redundancy payments under s.135 Employment Rights Act 1996 and statutory notice pay under s.86 Employment Rights Act 1996.

[3]The First Respondent having failed to make these payments to the Claimants the Claimants are entitled to claim these payments from the Second Respondent pursuant to ss.166 and 182 Employment Rights Act 1996.

[4]The claims against the Second Respondent are well founded.

[5]Accordingly, the Second Respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the Claimants: Mr Graham Jones Statutory redundancy pay: £3408.30 Statutory notice pay: £2272.20 Mr Marc Jones Statutory redundancy pay: £3095.95 Statutory notice pay: £2751.92
