The claim of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £200 following a preliminary hearing held on 27 November 2024. The Order was sent to the claimant on 10 December 2024. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination is therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[2]The hearing fixed for 17 April 2025 will not take place.
