[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[2]The claimants claim of unlawful deductions from wages are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The claimants claim breach of contract are not well founded and are dismissed. Remedy[4]The Respondent will pay the Claimant total compensation for unfair dismissal £18,983.85, calculated as follows: i. the sum of £2214.00 as a basic award ii. the sum of £16,769.85 as a compensatory award.
