[1]By a letter dated 21 March 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because It has not been actively pursued You have not responded to correspondence from the Tribunal giving you further time to comply, set out in the email dated 18 February 2022, or the reminder sent on 7 March 2022. You have not complied with the Case management Orders of the Tribunal in respect of disclosure of documents, agreement of a bundle or exchange of witness statements.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 4 May 2022 will not take place.
