JUDGMENT
The Claimant having withdrawn his complaints as set out in paragraphs 1.5.1 and2.5.1 of the agreed draft list of issues, orally at the hearing on the 16 December 2020, these complaints are now dismissed on withdrawal. The Claimant’s complaints as set out in paragraphs 1.5.2,2.5.2 and 3.8 of the agreed draft list of issues are struck out as having no reasonable prospect of establishing at trial that, as each one by itself would be out of time, it formed part of such conduct together with other incidents, such as to make it in time. As no complaints of harassment now remain (paragraphs 2.5.1 and 2.5.2), that head of complaint is dismissed. The Claimant’s other complaints continue.
