JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal is that: By consent the Claimant’s claims for £501.22 net (for unpaid wages in July, August, and September 2021) and for £2,395 gross (for accrued but untaken holiday pay) succeed and the Respondent is ordered to pay those amounts to the Claimant. By consent the parties have agreed terms to settle all remaining claims, which are hereby dismissed on withdrawal. Such terms being confidential between the parties they will not form part of the Judgment (a copy of the terms agreed is retained for the Court file only).
