Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The First Claimant (Mr Mouqtassid)[1]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondents are ordered to pay damages to him in the net sum of £3,307.20.[2]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £8,866.48.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay him the sum of £110.24. The Second Claimant (Mr Fromage)[4]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondents are ordered to pay damages to him in the net sum of £3,994.20.[5]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £7,202.05.[6]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay him the sum of £1,531.11.[7]No awards have been made in respect of the complaints of ‘failure to consult/lack of process’ (assumed to have been unfair dismissal) since the losses will have been subsumed into the complaints of breach of contract relating to notice.[8]The hearing listed for 17-18 April 2019 is vacated.
