[1]The claimant’s claims against the named second respondent Professor Moorhead are all hereby dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant; and[2]To the extent that the claimant has brought claims alleging a breach of the Fixed Term Employees (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2002 and/or for detriment or dismissal arising from protected public interest disclosures, these claims are also hereby dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant; and[3]This does not affect the claimant’s remaining claims as explained in the attached Case Management Summary of today’s date.
