[1]By a letter dated 11 April 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because he had not complied with the Case Management Orders of the Tribunal dated 7 March 2019 (sections 1.1 & 4.1)[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 13-16 January 2020 will not take place.
