[1]The Claimant was disabled from 26 November 2020 by virtue of a mental health condition which caused him stress and anxiety.[2]The complaints of discrimination which predate 26 November 2020 are dismissed.[3]The complaints of direct discrimination and of discrimination arising from disability under ss. 13 and 15 are dismissed upon withdrawal.[4]The complaints of a failure to make reasonable adjustments proceed in accordance with the Case Management Order of even date.
