REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 21 May 2021, the Tribunal stated that unless the Claimant complied with the Tribunal’s direction of 11 February, his complaint of discrimination on the grounds of disability would be struck out.[2]The Claimant has failed to respond to the Employment Tribunals letters and directions of 11 February and 28 April 2021 without explanation and/or to respond to the Respondents application of 14 May 2021.[3]Further, the Claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, in relation to the unless order of 21 May 2021 and the complaint of discrimination on the grounds of disability is therefore struck out.[4]The Claimant’s remaining claims remains listed for hearing on 7 July 2021.
