JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented on 16 December 2021, the Claimant having been dismissed from her employment on 30 September 2021. The Respondent was placed into administration on 02 October 2023. The administrators have confirmed that they do not intend to participate or be represented in the proceedings but do not object to their continuance.[2]The Respondent has failed to present a valid response in time to the claim. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made in accordance with Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[3]The Respondent unfairly dismissed the Claimant.[4]The claim for holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal.[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums: A basic award of £1632. A compensatory award of £7077.08[6]The total award is therefore £8709.08.
