EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1404766/2021
Ms G McNairClaimantAmber BakerRespondent
Employment Judge Bax DatedDate 22 June 2022

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter, sent by e-mail, dated 9th of June 2022, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:  The claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 1st of April 2022.  It has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant received the e-mail and replied to the Tribunal at 14:58 on 9 June 2022 that she was unable to open the attachment. The Tribunal resent the letter by e-mail at 16:10 on 9 June 2020. The letter required the Claimant to respond by 16 June 2022. The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for the 23rd of September 2022 will not take place.
