Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claims were issued in the Bristol Employment Tribunals on 4th January 2022, the respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the Claimants the following; Mr W Evans(1) – £790.00 Mr R O’ Connor(2) – £1,430.00 Mr J Elshaw (4) – £1,039.67[3]The sums to be paid in respect of the Third Claimant’s claims will be subject to a further Judgment.[4]The hearing listed on 29th July 2022 is cancelled.
