[1]By and order dated 29 May 2020 the claimant was ordered to pay a deposit in order to continue to pursue his claims of constructive unfair dismissal and accrued but untaken annual leave against the respondent. The deposit sums were to be received by 12 June 2020.[2]The claimant failed to pay the deposit sums as ordered.[3]The Claimant’s of constructive unfair dismissal and accrued but untaken annual leave are therefore struck out and the claims dismissed.[4]The hearing listed for the 23 June 2020 is vacated.
