Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claims of non payment of redundancy pay, breach of contract in respect of notice pay, and unpaid annual leave are dismissed on their withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The respondent having failed to present a response to the claims, the claims detailed below succeed and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing with a time estimate of 2 hours to be conducted remotely by CVP, notice of which will be sent to the parties by separate letter: 2.1. The respondent unfairly dismissed the claimant; 2.2. The respondent failed to provide the claimant with written pay statement; and 2.3. The respondent unalwfullly discriminated against the claimant on the prohibited grounds of pregnancy or maternity.
