JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed by reason of redundancy and the Respondent is ordered to pay him: i. A redundancy payment of £15,895.50. ii. A compensatory award of £597.76. iii. A payment for loss of statutory rights of £500.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to him in the sum of £5,016.24.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay him the sum of £1,483.58.[4]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a written statement of terms and conditions of employment and is ordered to pay £1,059.70 in compensation.
