[1]The claim against the first respondent is dismissed as he was not the claimant’s employer at the date of the dismissal.

[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the second respondent.

[3]The claimant is awarded the following sums:a. A basic award of £1240.38.

b. 2 weeks pay pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 in the amount of £992.30.

[4]The claimant’s application for costs is dismissed.
