[1]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages of £553.84 in respect of pay for the claimant’s last week of employment ending on the four November 2022.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant holiday pay outstanding on termination of employment of £215.38.[3]The claimant’s claim for notice pay is dismissed. Remedy 1. The respondent will now pay the claimant the total sum of £769.22 (seven hundred and sixty-nine pound and twenty-two pence.)
