JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unlawful deductions in breach of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in respect of the claimant’s wages in the total sum of £845 gross which sum the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant.[2]It is also just and equitable to increase the unlawful deductions award of £845 by 25% pursuant to section 207 A (2) of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 in the sum of £ 211.25 ( £845 x 25%). Case no 1404438.2021 2[3]The claimant is therefore awarded, and the respondent is ordered to pay to her, the total sum of £1,056.25 (£845 + £211.25) ________________________ Employment Judge Goraj Date: 13 May 2022[1]Pursuant to Rule 72 of Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, it is in the interests of justice to revoke/ vary the Judgment dated 13 May 2022 as set out below.[2]The respondent is permitted to present its response to the proceedings.[3]Paragraph 1 of the Judgment dated 13 May 2022 is varied as follows: - 3.1 The sum of £845 which the claimant was awarded, and the respondent was ordered to pay to the claimant in respect of the Case no 1404438.2021 2 respondent’s unlawful deduction from wages, is revoked/varied so that the claimant is awarded, and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant instead, the sum of £350.34.[4]Paragraph 2 of the Judgment dated 13 May 2022 is revoked.[5]The claimant is therefore awarded, and the respondent is ordered to pay to her the revised sum of £350.34.
