JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against the Second Respondent are dismissed upon their withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The claims against the First Respondent shall proceed.[1]The Claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal, detriment on the grounds of public interest disclosure and discrimination on the grounds of disability are all dismissed save in one respect set out below.[2]The Claimant’s allegation that the letter to parents of 24 May 2019 constituted an act of discrimination arising from disability under s. 15 of the Equality Act succeeds (paragraph 5.1.16 of the List of Issues of 13 August 2021). The Claimant is awarded the sum of £5,733.33 in compensation, calculated as follows;a. £5,000 injury to feelings;b. £733.33 interest.
