JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the name of the Respondent is amended to Newgate Welding Supplies Limited.[2]The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent breached his contract of employment by failing to pay his notice pay is upheld and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £104.64 in respect thereof.[3]The Claimant’s claim that he has not received a compensation payment for untaken annual leave in accordance with the Working Time Regulations 1998 is upheld and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £287.01 in respect thereof.
