JUDGMENT
[1]The correct legal name of the Respondent is “Digital Mauve Ltd”.[2]The Claimant was entitled to be paid her full pay for the period 1 September 2022 to 30 September 2022. She received no pay for this period.[3]The Claimant incurred £88.50 of expenses in September 2022, which were approved but not paid in breach of contract.[4]Having found that the Claimant was entitled to be paid for September 2022 and for her expenses, and having found that she has not been paid, the Claimant’s claims for unlawful deductions from wages and breach of contract succeed.[5]Accordingly the Respondent is Ordered to pay to the Claimant:a. £2,692.98 net of deductions in respect of the deduction from wages claim; andb. £88.50 by way of damages for breach of contract in respect of the Claimant’s expenses.
