JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s application for Interim Relief is not well-founded and is dismissed. Employment Judge Self Date: 09 January 2023 Sent to the parties: 13 January 2023 For the Tribunal Office[2]Case Number: 1404301/2022 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mrs C Brooker-Rigby Respondent: Royal Mail Group Ltd[4]The complaint of detriment on the grounds of being, not being or proposing to become a trade union member is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 15 May 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of detriment on the grounds of being, not being or proposing to become a trade union member should not be struck out because:  The claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 13 January 2023  It has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of detriment on the grounds of being, not being or proposing to become a trade union member is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim(s) remains listed for hearing on 27 November 2023.
