[1]The Claimant’s claim to in respect of accrued but unpaid holiday pay is well founded as is upheld.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £114.12.[3]The Claimant’s claim in respect of an unlawful deduction from her wages is well founded as is upheld.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the further sum of £295.56.[5]The Respondent has failed to comply with its duty under s38 of the Employment Act 2002, and is ordered to pay the Claimant the further sum of £267.72
