Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Bristol Employment Tribunals on 07/08/2023. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The First Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £515.23 gross.[3]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed by the First Respondent and is entitled to a basic award of £2,406.25, which the First Respondent is ordered to pay.[4]The First Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £900.54.[5]The First Respondent must pay the Claimant £3,822.02 in total.[6]The claims against the Second Respondent are dismissed upon their withdrawal by the Claimant.
