JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints by all of the claimants that the first respondent failed to comply with the provisions of section 188(1) of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 are well-founded and succeed.[2]The first respondent is ordered to pay a protective award to all of the claimants named in the attached schedule, who were formerly employed at the first respondent’s premises of Redmoor Estate, Birdham, West Sussex, PO20 7HT.[3]The protected period began on 14 September 2022, when the first of the dismissals took effect, and is for a period of 90 days.
