JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed by the Respondent.[2]The Tribunal has found that the Claimant’s conduct contributed to his dismissal and that any compensatory award made to him should be reduced by fifty percent.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a Basic Award of £2,442.76.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a compensatory award limited to £500 for loss of statutory rights reduced to £250 by reason of the Claimant’s contributory fault.[5]The Respondent wrongfully dismissed the Claimant. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £2,442.76 for the payment in lieu of notice to which he is contractually entitled.[6]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply to the compensatory award.
