Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant £4,801.30 net.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £2,692.32 net[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £4,200.00.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant £942.34 net[5]The claimant has received from the respondent a total of £1,450.00 so that the respondent is therefore ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £11,185.96.
