JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of accrued but unpaid annual leave is well founded and succeeds.[2]The claimant was entitled to 58 hours annual leave a year (equating to 28 day where the claimant worked 24 hours a week). She had taken 8 hours annual leave and, having taken 8 hours annual leave in the leave year beginning on 1 March, she had 18.5 hours of accrued but untaken annual leave at the time of the termination of her contract. Her hourly rate of pay was £8.21.[3]The Respondent is Ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £152.00 in respect of the Claimant’s accrued but untaken annual leave.
