The claimant’s claim for redundancy pay is dismissed. The claimant’s claim for other payments, namely Furlough additional 20% payment, is dismissed. Mr Stack’s claim in respect of the provision of employment particulars is dismissed. Mr Stack’s claim for holiday pay is upheld – the value of the claim is to be determined. Mr Barwick’s claim for holiday pay is subject to determination. Judicial note is made that the calculation should be on a pro-rata basis for the period 1 April – 31 July 2020 at the full amount of contractual pay. Mr claimant’s claim for notice pay is upheld – the value of each claim is to be determined. Judicial note is made that the calculation should be for a 4 week notice period at the full amount of contractual pay.REASONS
