[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed; and[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation for unfair dismissal which is limited to his basic award of £2,365.36 (4 weeks’ pay x £591.34); and[3]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum £1,892.21 (being ten unpaid monthly employee pension contributions of £1,182.60 and ten unpaid monthly employer pension contributions of £709.61); and[4]To the extent that there are any remaining claims these are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
