JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that: The complaint of detriment 1 (that occurred on the 29 July 2018) for making a protected disclosure succeeds against the First Respondent and the First Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £4,532.49 (made up of injury to feelings of £4,000, interest of £482 (as calculated and agreed by the parties) and £50.49 in relation to expenses). The complaint of detriment 1 for making a protected disclosure against the Second Respondent and of detriments 2 to 5 for making a protected Case No. 1403970/2018 disclosure against the First and Second Respondents fail and are dismissed. The complaint of automatic unfair dismissal for making a protected disclosure fails and is dismissed.
