Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response to this claim having been presented by the Respondent and on the information before the Employment Judge. 1). The respondent has made an unlawful deduction of £400 gross in respect of one week’s arrears of wages in breach of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 which the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant. 2). The respondent has failed in breach of contract to make payment of the claimant’s notice entitlement of one week in the sum of £400 which sum it is ordered to pay to the claimant. 3). The total monies which the respondent is therefore ordered to pay to the claimant is therefore £800.
