Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross/net sum of £ 818.18.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £ 375.00.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £152.50.[5]The claimant was unfairly dismissed and the respondent will pay the claimant a basic award of £ 562.50.[6]The respondent will [pay compensation of £300.00 in respect of loss of employment rights.[7]The total amount payable to the claimant by the respondnet being the sum of the above amounts in 1-6 is £2208.18.
