JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s employer at the point of termination of her contract was South Coast Dining Limited[2]The Claimants claim for holiday pay for the period from 26 October 2018 until 30 June 2019 succeeds.[3]The respondent will pay the claimant £1095.21 in respect of unpaid holiday, which is 133 hours holiday paid at the rate of £8.21 per hour.
