JUDGMENT
[1]The First and Second Claimants’ Claims for a redundancy payment and holiday pay in relation to both applications to the Respondent of the First Claimant and the first application by the Second claimant were not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. Those Claims are therefore dismissed.[2]The Second Claimant’s Claim for a redundancy payment and holiday pay in relation to her second application to the Respondent was presented before the decision of the Secretary of State on her second application was communicated to her and the Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to consider her Claim. The Second Claimant’s claim is therefore dismissed.
